A fully central air-conditioned 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom spacious property situated in Solana Resort with a south-west facing private pool. 

The villa has a comfortable lounge and 8 seater dining area upon entrance, which leads through to the fully equipped kitchen and family sitting area at the rear. A 6 seater breakfast table is in the kitchen. The family area has a large flat screen TV on the wall and the laundry room with a full washer and dryer, and games room located in the garage with pool table and foosball table. 

Two sets of patio doors lead from the kitchen and family area to the furnished, covered screened lanai leading to the private pool and spa and view over the large lawn. There is a safety gate in place at the pool, and the pool is equipped with a night light for late night swimming after a busy day! Pool heat is optional. A barbecue can be hired from our management company for a small charge - it comes complete with utensils and gas and a no need to clean pick up service at the end of your stay. 

We are able to accommodate 13 people. There is a king bedroom with en-suite bath and separate shower area downstairs, 3 queen bedrooms with en-suite bath/shower upstairs, 1 twin Frozen themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, 1 twin Star Wars themed bedroom featuring 1 twin bed and 1 twin bunk bedroom sharing bath/shower room.

The villa is a non-smoking environment and pets are not accepted.
