There is a formal dining area, a wet bar complete with wine refrigerator, and a work station. The breakfast bar separates the fully equipped and perfectly laid out kitchen. The first of the bedroom suites is also located on the ground floor, perfect for any impaired guests with the bathroom having a walk in shower.

Upstairs there is second bedroom with two twin beds, the third bedroom having a king-size each with their own bathrooms, and flat screen TV. Overlooking the pool an adjoining conservation area is the large master suite with it's bathroom having a 40" wall mounted flat screen TV, jacuzzi bath and walk in shower.

The heated pool has water fountain features, a two tiered bathing area, a large dining area, and built in summer kitchen perfect for those summer evenings and al fresco dining.
